Ask the OEIE Evaluator
How should I present my data?
No matter the type of data, quantitative or qualitative, the way you display the data needs to be interesting and relevant to your audience. An executive brief with bullet points and a couple of charts that display your key findings may be the best approach with advisory boards. A PowerPoint presentation largely focused on graphic displays will quickly convey important information from your evaluation to a group of community members. More>>

Attention KSRE Professionals: K-PICS is live and ready for your 2012-2013 impact data!
After months of gathering user input, application development, and pilot testing, we are confident that this new system, K-State Research and Extension Program Impacts Collection System (K-PICS), will be a useful tool to you for collecting impact data, analyzing data, and preparing reports. You can now log into K-PICS using your eID and eID password at https://kpics.ksre.ksu.edu/. K-PICS is also accessible through KSRE Online.
The goal of K-PICS is to provide KSRE professionals and K-State Research and Extension as a whole with an efficient method for gathering and utilizing evaluation information for program improvement and impact reporting. K-PICS is a tool for you to manage and view the impact data you collect from your program participants in a variety of ways. K-PICS runs on multiple browsers (e.g., Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari) and can be accessed via desktops, laptops, and iPads.
For more information about K-PICS, view the informational handout and peruse the K-PICS Support section, where you'll find recorded training webinars, video tutorials, a user manual, and frequently asked questions. K-PICS User Permissions

If you have not received an email with the subject line Your K-PICS User Permissions, your K-PICS account has been given the default permissions, which allows you access to view and edit only your own evaluation instruments, program data, and success stories. You will not see data entered by any other users except in the following cases:
